Graduating from Michigan State University, Rob earned a Bachelors Of Science degree in Packaging. He also earned an MBA from Montreat College.
Rob is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina and South Carolina working full time in the Charlotte market in real estate brokerage since 1997, handling hundreds of successful transactions and satisfied clients!
Rob holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation (CCIM). The CCIM designation is the highest professional certification one can earn in commercial investment real estate. Just as accountants earn the CPA, the CCIM designation identifies you as an expert in commercial investment real estate. Professionals from every segment of commercial real estate recognize the multi-disciplined value of the CCIM education and designation. Rob also holds the Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) Realtor designation which helps his clients gain valuable perspective in real estate values by taking the guesswork out of pricing. This allows his clients to find an accurate price by building a thorough Comparative Market Analysis as well as the exact right pricing strategy to sell or buy successfully.
